10:10 GLOBAL - CARBON CUTTING FOR EVERYONE

10:10 is a campaign which started off in London, but now works worldwide in over 171 countries, with 122,681 sign-ups to help reduce carbon emissions. The organisation/long running campaign inspires and supports people and organisations to cut their carbon emissions by 10% every year. 10:10 work with individuals, families, business and organisations to make a change.

I found this website after coming across the Brighton and Hove 10:10 campaign which can be seen in the previous post.

It's not just something you support. It's something you do.

We’re on the way to a cleaner, cleverer, low-carbon world, and everyone deserves a chance to help build it.
10:10 creates these chances, and brings people together to make the most of them.
10:10ers work together to:
  • Celebrate the good stuff that’s already happening, and help it spread
  • Save energy at home, at work and in our local area.
  • Light up our best-loved places with crowdfunded clean energy.
  • Convince people in power to tackle the stuff we don’t control.
